Kunstraum is pleased to publish the first overview of the text-based works by the Icelandic conceptual artist Hlynur Hallsson. Back in 2018, Hallsson transformed the entire Kunstraum into a colourful sea of spray-painted quotations for his exhibition »Alltsaman – das Ganze – all of it«; this project gave rise to the desire to document his body of textual work in its entirety and in three languages (IS/DE/EN). Hlynur Hallsson will discuss this series of works with curator Alexander Steig and, especially for this occasion, perform »Blá þunn lína / Blaue dünne Linie / Blue thin line«.
