As part of the exhibition Ressource, Research, Reset – Architectural Transformation of Sacred Spaces by the Chair of Design at TUM, the first talk in the series will take place with Prof Per Pedersen. The focus is on Reset.
Per Pedersen (*1963) is a qualified architect. He studied in Buffalo (USA) and Aarhus (Denmark) and was a research assistant at the UdK Berlin from 2001 to 2007. In 2016/17, he held a deputy professorship at the University of Kassel and is currently Professor of Design and Building in Existing Contexts at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg.
The exhibition examines the future of sacred spaces and presents utilisation concepts. The discussion focuses on their architectural and cultural substance as well as research into their historical and structural aspects.
