The multisensory symposium (31.1–1.2.2026) inaugurates the interdisciplinary project “Antifascism: Now.” by presenting antifascism as an investigative and sensorial practice. It brings together artistic, institutional, and technological perspectives to develop subversive strategies of resistance against contemporary fascist structures and their cultural, political, and digital manifestations. The program includes a keynote by Damian Lentini; panels with Nikita Kadan, Stefanos Levidis, Sebastian Cichocki, Maria Hlavajova, Elma Hašimbegović, and other participants, including artists from the open call against tech fascism in collaboration with the foundation Error 417 Expectation Failed; workshops by recherche-nord, Office for Postartistic Services, and Ruth Hoffmann; and a performance by Total Refusal. Moderated by Carina Bukuts, Juliane Bischoff, Gürsoy Doğtaş, and !Mediengruppe Bitnik, the symposium focuses on critical reflection and artistic perspectives on antifascism today.
