INHABITING TIME is an exhibition about how we experience time and how we live within it.
The exhibition follows Antifascism: Now. and continues one of its questions: How can an institution change?
The past, present, and future are interconnected. Images, sounds, smells, objects, and spaces carry traces of different times.
For INHABITING TIME, Lothringer 13 Halle is also transformed. Hidden spaces become visible or audible. Objects from the history of the building reappear. Some works change over the course of the exhibition, while others only come into being during it.
Not everything is accessible at all times. Some spaces open only briefly.
The exhibition changes over time and gathers new traces. In this way, something from the present is already becoming part of the future.
INHABITING TIME asks:
How do we experience time?
Which different times are present within us simultaneously?
And what from our present will become part of the future?
