The Metropol Kunstraum is exhibiting the works of Al Taylor, a US artist who is well known in Munich. The title of the exhibition, ‘Finding Forms’, hints at the artist’s curiosity, openness and enthusiasm for experimental craftsmanship, as well as his inspiration drawn from dog puddles, wires and tinned food cans. Taylor’s drawings, which form the focus of the exhibition, are complemented by paintings and sculptures. The works all come from three private collections in Munich.
